He took photographs; he drew sketches and went over details with my wife and I. He ensured we knew exactly what we could expect for the money we were spending.
The crew showed on the date and time as promised with a small army of equipment. Grey Rock proved to have experienced, hard working professional employees. It wasn’t a bunch of kids hired for the summer – these people were seasoned employees that did the job right. The owner actually came to my house and oversaw the work. I watched from afar as he critically gave direction to the crew, ensuring the work was done to his personal high standards. When the job was completed, Joe was proud of his work and rightly so. The driveway looked perfect and they left my yard neat and tidy and even power cleaned the street where they had left dirt behind. A couple of months later, Eric returned to my house to ensure that everything was as I had hoped.
